Kallie Benes John Rhodes After calling several national carpet cleaning companies with responses of no carpet stretching or no response at all, I called Action Carpet Cleaning @ 9am, and spoke with Ray Wilkes. I needed two bedrooms stretched and cleaned - not a big job. He checked with his crews and had a Mechanic, Tony, at my home at 10am, and he took care of my stretching and trimming. At about 12:30pm, Isaac showed up to do my cleaning. Both Tony and Isaac did a terrific job. I've worked in homebuilding for 30 years and dealt with many flooring companies. Ray and his people did an excellent job and handled it in one day when I could not get responses from national franchises. I got Ray's number from the yellow pages and took the chance on a local operator. I couldn't be more pleased with the availability, the response and the quality service provided. The supervisors do daily inspections, and they take pride in their work. If you want quality, this is your company. Edith Wilson Ray and company are awesome. They did a fantastic job bringing around our 73-year-old hardwoods (which had not been treated kindly in their previous life). They were also very flexible as the work progressed and the scope of the job increased. Ended up having to replace the flooring in one room, and Ray made it match the vintage wood almost exactly. Last but not least, we really appreciated Ray's willingness to stick with us when we were unable to start the job as planned due to a glitch at closing. Highly recommended. David Hernandez I had this company come out and clean our carpets, and I explained to them that they were in really bad shape. With 3 boys and a dog, I knew they had their work cut out. After looking at the condition of the carpets, Ray mentioned that they would do their best for us, and that they did. They were able to get out some really bad areas that I never thought would get clean. We were able to save money on purchasing new carpet because of the quality of work they did for us.
